Sarah and Déo have designed this dynamic practice to invigorate the body, calm the mind, and balance the spirit. Beginning with a high energy vinyasa flow, we build heat in the body to prepare for the deep, luxurious stretches of yin. During the yin asanas, we will apply hands on adjustments and thai bodywork techniques along the way to encourage a deeper ease in the body, allowing for a perfectly serene and comfortable seat in our guided meditation. Focusing on breath, alignment, and mindfulness, we link each style together fluidly as we move together into a blissful stillness.
