The quality of our breath has a profound influence on the state of the mind, as well as the body. We'll explore several pranayama (yogic breathing) exercises and how they can be used to calm the mind. Guided meditation will be offered each week, as well as assistance in setting up a home meditation practice. All levels welcome. $28/4 week session.
